Shamain Dadabhai has augmented her unique combination of skills, i.e., legal
training with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as her area of super speciality. She does this in four disciplines vis-à-vis: Labour, Commercial, Medico-legal, and family.

She is passionate about this and has demonstrated a deep understanding of the subject and consistently delivered high quality work by achieving excellence with national settlement agreements in the Metal industry, Motor industry, Paper & Pulp industry, Retail industry, Health industry with many more under her belt over the decades. She has the skills set to involve the active participation of parties in mediation. She has had parties warming up to her tenacity to stay in the race to reach settlements. You want her on your side when a situation in the workplace becomes critical before a wage negotiation, and you need decisive action.

Simply stated, she can offer pre-collective bargaining training to upskill the parties on ways to effectively negotiate with a mindset to reach resolution. She has crisply dealt with matters at the Labour Court during her tenure as an acting judge.
